2. Products and services
We offer handcrafted jewelry and accessories.
All products are described and photographed with care; however, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to the handmade nature of our items or differences in screen display.
Créature d’Éclat reserves the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in euros (€).
As a VAT-exempt small enterprise, prices are VAT-free under Article 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code.
We accept secure online payments via trusted partners such as Stripe, PayPal, or credit card.
All payment details are encrypted and processed externally; Créature d’Éclat does not store your card information.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped from Belgium.
Estimated delivery times:
- Belgium: 1–3 working days
- EU: 4–8 working days
- International: 7–14 working days
Shipping fees and options are displayed at checkout.
International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply in their country.
We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party postal or courier services.
5. Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Certain products are non-returnable, including:

- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Digital products
