Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Créature d’Éclat.
We take great care in crafting and preparing each piece, and we want you to love your purchase.
If, however, you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return under the terms below.
1. Eligibility for returns
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your order.
If more than 14 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- It must be returned in its original packaging (including jewelry boxes or pouches).
Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.
2. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Earrings or other intimate jewelry (ear studs, piercings, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital items
- Personal care or custom-made items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for refund.
3. Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of its approval or rejection.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few working days.
- Please note that banks or credit card companies may take several days to process and post the refund.
If rejected, we will explain the reason and discuss possible alternatives.
4. Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your card provider — processing times may vary.
- If you still have not received it, please contact us at info@creaturedeclat.com.
5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at info@creaturedeclat.com and send your item to:

6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the gift was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
